Based on the information gathered from our planner and subsequent discussions, I will prepare a proposal and production agreement for your consideration and approval.
Our budgeting process has three levels based on the client’s business objectives.
A. Time and material charges for production services: personnel and supplies
B. Production Estimates based on project definitions and specifications (content outline)
C. Quotes or bids based on specific creative elements/ production resources (script)

I strongly suggest spending the necessary time and resources to develop a plan, script or blueprint before entering into a production phase.
